The folks at FinaMill had their work cut out for them when they set out to create a new kind of spice grinder. It had to avoid mixing flavors, make swapping in another spice a snap, and—oh yeah—work with one hand too. They’ve certainly done it with their award-winning mill with interchangeable pods, which checks all those boxes and then some.
